Is there any trial period?: Yes. 14 days for starter package. You can switch plan on bill page.
Is there a setup fee?: No. There are no setup fee to get started. Simple register and start setup your store.
How RM 1.00 will be charge?: Once customer order from your store, customer made the payment, and you approve their order. RM 1.00 will be deducted from your credit. Only for prepaid package.
How the kedaiweb.co work?: Kedaiweb like Wordpress/Shopify but Malaysian version. The unique is kedaiweb have agent module at your store by default. You can hire agent, manage your agent end-to-end without any addon.
How many credit by default?: By default after you register store at kedaiweb.co, you will be get RM 3.00 credit at your account.
How to topup kedaiweb credit?: Once your credit to low RM 1.00, you need to topup at your bill page https://kedaiweb.co/app/bill . Kedaiweb provide online payment with FPX that can be use with your prefered bank. Once successfull, your credit will be topup automatically.

What if kedaiweb credit RM 0.00?: Your store still visible with your customer, you can collect order from your customer. The order page only is not visible for you to view. You need to topup a credit. Only for prepaid package.
What if trial end?: Your customer cannot view your store. You need to extend expired date by deducting your credit. For both prepaid and postpaid package.
Can I use my own domain name?: Yes. You can purchase a domain name at godaddy.com. Before that you need to activate custom domain addon. One-time fee.
Do we need to have SSM (Malaysian Company)?: No. You can simply create your personal store.
